Q: What is the difference between a frame tent and a pole tent?
A: A frame can go on any surface such as patio, grass, driveway, etc… A pole tent is only to be installed on grass and has ropes attached to the tent for stability.
Q: Do the Tents come with any additional accessories?
A: Yes, we offer sidewalls for tents (for an additional cost)! We have a variety of clear, solid white or cathedral windows! We also offer Tent heating for when it’s cold out!
Q: Can a dance floor be used outside?
A: Absolutely! Although it’s usually best to have a tent set up, a dance floor can be used outside! Just make sure you seriously consider the weather. If you don’t provide some shelter from a rainstorm, it’s likely your dance floor won’t get much use.
Q: Do the rental machines come with supplies?
A: Yes! We provide you with all the supplies you need!
Q: Are Bounce Houses Safe?
A: Safety should be the first consideration of anyone selecting a bounce house to rent. Our Bounce houses include mesh netting, bumpers, and lead-free materials. Also keep in mind that any bounce house activities must be monitored by a responsible adult. Regardless of how safe an inflatable is accidents can still occur when children bump into each other.
Q: Does Pink Elephant deliver Party Supplies?
A: Yes, we deliver!
Q: What type of payment does Pink Elephant accept?
A: We take cash and we also take credit cards, and check for deposit!
Q: Can a Tent be installed on a Deck?
A: Yes, we have poles to accommodate setting up a tent on a deck!
Q: Do I have to wash Linen?
A: No, just shake it out.
Note: Linens returned wet will mildew and will be subject to a Linen replacement fee.
Q: Do I wash Dishware, Flatware or Glassware?
A: No, but rinsing and/or scraping them of food is required. Cleaning charges will apply if not returned in reasonably sanitary condition.
Q: How soon should I place my order?
A: The sooner the better.
Q: When do you deliver?
A: A day or two ahead of your event, weather permitting.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Sure, within 72 hours of your event.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: No. However, if you decide to change the date and we can accommodate we will apply deposit. If you are not changing the event date we hold a deposit for 1 year. Therefore if you have another event and we can accommodate you can apply the deposit to a future event.
